Yes! Although I predominately work with mothers of younger children, the re-connective practices in this book are appropriate for all mothers, regardless of the age of their children. Similarly, the dis-connective practices that are called out in the book are commonly experienced by most mothers, regardless of the age of their children. Some of the scenarios used to illustrate the a point are commonly experienced by mothers with younger children, however the point I am trying to get across is still very relevant for any mother.

One of the main goals of the book is to find ways to create more time, space and support for deep self-care, something that most mothers find challenging, but so do most women who are juggling multiple responsibilities, such as full-time work, health challenges, and family commitments. The majority of the scenarios used to illustrate the a point are commonly experienced by mothers, however the point I am trying to get across still very relevant for any woman who feels overwhelmed and just too busy.
Given this is a digital product, how did you decide upon the price?
This digital package has been a labour of love from the start of 2019 until now. I have poured my heart and soul into the words written in this book. The price is a reflection of my time and energy, and I hope is priced to also be an affordable investment for any mother who is feeling disconnected from herself.
The package not only includes the digital book, but an accompanying workbook and two guided meditations recorded by me. I believe it is excellent value for money, giving you an understanding of your journey to reconnection, along with the tools to make it possible.

Do I need to print the materials contained in this package?
Given the length of the materials, I would encourage you to access the materials on a digital advice, but ensure you are doing so safely (see below). However, I often like to make notes and highlight relevant parts, particularly when using a workbook. If you do choose to print, ensure it’s double sided and that the paper is recycled when you have finished with it.
Safe Use of a Digital Product
I am passionate about warning others of the risks of using digital technology in an unsafe manner. It is therefore important to me that I provide you with safety measures to ensure that you are not causing harm to yourself, or your children, while engaging with the materials in this digital package.
My main areas of concern when it comes to using digital technology are the exposure to blue light and exposure to electromagnetic frequency radiation. Blue light has been shown to disrupt our circadian rhythm, reduce the body’s production of melatonin (sleep hormone) and even damage our mitochondria (healthy cellular function). In 2011, the World Health Organisation’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) concluded in 2011 that radio frequency radiation of frequencies 30 kHz – 300 GHz are possibly carcinogenic to humans (Group 2B). However, according to experts, there is enough recent evidence to indicate that RF radiation is proven carcinogenic to humans and should now be classified as a “Group 1 carcinogen” along with tobacco smoke and asbestos.
I therefore strongly encourage you to do the following:
- Download all the materials and save to your computer or device, so that you do not need to keep accessing them via the internet.
- Once you have downloaded and wish to access the materials, ensure you are using your device in airplane mode to limit your exposure to EMF.
- Save the meditations to your phone so that you aren’t streaming them online when you choose to listen to them to limit your exposure to EMF.
- If reading the materials after sunset, ensure you have adjusted your screen settings to the most amber setting possible, and/or wear some blueblocking glasses.
