One of the deep mystical magics of cacao is that it has long been associated with love, sexuality and the heart, and for good reason. The complex chemical and energetic properties of cacao make it beneficial to the heart, induce feelings of love and euphoria, and also act as an aphrodisiac.

my food philosophy

I’ve now graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition! I’m officially a Certified Health Coach! I’ve learned so much and have a fire in my belly to help others find out how being healthy can positively impact on all areas of your life!

What is the biggest message that I took away from the course?

One person’s food is another person’s poison.

We are all unique and what works for one, may not work for another – this is the concept of bio-individuality! I studied many different dietary theories – including Veganism, Macrobiotics, Paleo, Atkins, and Traditional diets. Believe me, it’s enough to do your head in!
