The Wellness Series: Workshops for Melbourne Mums and Mums-To-Be
Join an intimate circle of mums and mums-to-be for a series of Wellness Workshops in Melbourne, throughout 2018. Learn strategies and techniques to create wellness in your life, connect with other women, and have some well-deserved time to focus on your personal wellbeing.
All mums and pregnant women are welcome at these workshops. Babies under 12 months are also welcome, with wooden toys available to keep your little ones entertained.
Sleep and Stress Survival Workshop
This 1 hour workshop will focus on how you cope as the mother of baby or child that has difficulty sleeping; how to deal with stress and overwhelm; and how to create a feelings of calmness during the chaotic times of motherhood.
Love Your Post-Baby Body – Extended Workshop
This 1.5 hour workshop will focus on how to develop acceptance and kindness towards your body during and following pregnancy. Along with a discussion around body changes, we will work through a series of tools and techniques to promote healing and health on a physical level, and to evoke acceptance and self-love on an emotional level.
How to Eat for Wellness Workshop
Are you are mum eating on the run? If so, then this one hour workshop is for you! We will focus on how to eat for wellness as we discuss mindful eating and the positive impact it can have on digestion, weightloss and overall health.
Embedding Self Care into a Daily Routine Workshop
We super mums are pretty busy. But we spend so much time and energy taking care of others, and can find it difficult to find time in our busy schedules to take care of our physical, mental and emotional health. This one hour workshop will focus on how to embed self-care practices into your busy daily routine with a baby-in-tow.
